Crafted to fire 18 gauge brad nails with lengths starting at 3/4 inch up to 2 inches, the Cadex CB18.50 18 Gauge Brad Nailer is suitable for working with furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, moldings, trims, panels, frames, as well as arts and crafts.
Featuring a lightweight die-cast body, the nailer is tough enough for the usually severe conditions of a construction site. Attached to the main body is a self-adjusting quick-release magazine that can accommodate up to 110 pieces of brad nails. On its side is a view window that warns you if you are running low on nails. This prevents dry firing that can damage the machine.
Working at an operating pressure between 70 to 100 PSI, the nailer is guaranteed to flush or even countersink the nails into hardwoods or engineered woods. You can also easily choose and set your desired depth with the machine's depth of drive adjustment mechanism.
Providing the option between bump and sequential firing, you can choose to work as quickly as possible or to have your fasteners nailed precisely where you want them. As there is always the possibility of jamming especially when working quickly, the nailer's nose is fitted with a quick-release cover.
At the tip of the nose is a detachable plastic tip that protects the surface of your work from possible scratches and nicks. A spare is even included and it is stored at the bottom end of the nail magazine. And to remove dust and debris from your work, an air duster or blowgun in incorporated with the tool.
The handle is ergonomically designed and it features a rubber wrap for a soft non-slip hold. At its heel is a swivel coupler for connecting with an air hose. It swivels up to 360°, which means the hose will not limit your movements as you maneuver the nailer to reach tight or awkward areas.
The Cadex CB18.50 18 Gauge Brad Nailer Gun measures approximately 9" D x 2.3" W x 9" H. It comes with a blow molded plastic case.
